The Wilkinson Group hosts an amazing party each year to bring residents and potential buyers to neighborhoods with hot markets.

This year, I suggested a mail out invitation instead of relying solely on social media. That way, not only would residents certainly see the invitation, but they would also have a tangible product that they could hang up to remind them of the party.
